I started this newsletter writing for the single broski heading south of the border — in search of adventure, fiesta, dating, and mating.

It was what I knew, damn near all I knew, as I’d spent the better part of 7-8 years doing exactly that myself. Hyper focused on it.

Then I went from weekend benders and weekdays swiping my life away, to buying a 7-seater SUV because I’ve got so many kids.

Lovely kids. 3, to be exact now.

But the thing is, these days I’m just focused on other things. Researching real estate markets in Latin America, managing my own investments, and trying to be the best dad I can be.

So the Nomada Newsletter stops publishing on October 1, 2026.

If you’re here for the family relocation and real estate side, that lives at Invest LatAm now.

The old posts don’t fit where I’m going. They’re not getting migrated, and on October 1 I’m taking them down here too.

Until then they sit behind a paywall I just set to $47 a month (current paid subs are grandfathered in and get the PDFs below). The same $47 gets you all 83 in 3 PDFs, and you keep them. I fixed what was broken, boxed them up, and I’m selling them once.

What’s in the archive?

Well, in total…

All of it is for the red-blooded broski.

Dating, mating, nightlife, and which neighborhood to rent in when you’re 29 with a laptop, no plan, and an urge to get the poison out.

What it costs

Couple options…

$47 gets you the 3 PDFs.

$147 gets you the 3 PDFs and 1 hour on a call with me.

If you opt to do a call…

For the broski who likes beaches and bunda, make sure to ask me about the one undiscovered “EL DORADO” beach town in Latin America. Never been published, and I refuse to put the name in writing.

Also, there’s one other guide I’ve never published online that many a red-blooded broski might be interested in.

You may want to ask about that on the call too…wink, wink.

You already paid for this. So…

Scroll to the bottom here and there’s a link to grab all 3 PDFs at $0.

If you want the call and the beach town, respond to this email or message me on Substack. Ya tu sabes.

Deadline?

Both offers, same date: October 1, 2026.

After that the whole Substack archive vanishes.

And to the broskis who've been reading since 2022, replying to emails, and sending me the stories I couldn't publish: I appreciate you and it’s been a damn good time. Te lo juro.

Enough of me fluff for today…
